KSIM hosted Montenegro's first NASA SpaceApps Challenge on 19-20 October. This global hackathon took place in over 200 locations across the globe and over 25,000 people registered for the event. Well done to our #KSIMknights who took part in the Župa Football Tournament this morning. showing enthusiasm, fair play, respect, resilience, and exceptional levels of cooperation and team spirit. All of the boys and girls (from Year 1 to Year 9) who represented #KSIM can feel extremely proud of they way in which they played, and displayed IB values and the KSI code. Last week, all students at KSI Montenegro participated in the Hour of Code, a global movement reaching tens of millions of students in 180+ countries. Earlier this week, Kinder Class, Year 1 and Year 2 visited the "Jadran" - Captain Zoran Ivanovski and his crew welcomed our children and teachers aboard before giving them a tour of the 85 year old Navy of Montenegro training ship, which had 11 kilometers of rope on board.
